How long does a voice clone song take?⌄
A little longer than our standard studio voice, because we build a model of your voice first. Most voice clone songs are ready within a few minutes of finishing your recording.
How close to my real voice will it sound?⌄
Close enough that the people who know you hear you in it — it's your voice singing, not an impression of it. How close comes down to two things. First, your recording: 30 seconds of clear singing in a quiet room carries far more of your voice than a noisy clip. Second, the music style — a bare acoustic ballad or folk song leaves your voice exposed and most recognisable, while hard rock, EDM and hip hop pile production onto the vocal, so it comes out sounding more produced. If sounding like you is what matters most, record somewhere quiet and pick a gentler style.
Can I use my voice for more songs later?⌄
You can make more songs in your own voice, but your voice model is temporary and may expire. A future song may need a new voice set-up and live verification. If your original recording is still available in this browser, you can use it for the new set-up; otherwise, you will need to record again. Signing out or clearing site data removes the recording from this browser. Songs already made with your voice keep working.
