Something's wrong with a song
Send us the link to the song and tell us what happened. During creation, you can try another take from the same lyrics: one free retake before payment and two after. Use these before finalizing a lyric video or lyric art. If you have already finished your extras and still have retakes left, contact us for help.
A purchase, receipt, or refund
Write from the email address you bought with, or tell us which one it was, and we can find the order.
Your voice, your data, your account
Signing out clears your recording and saved voice identifiers from this browser. To close your account, use Delete my account in your account. For a copy of your data or help with voice data held by our provider, email us. The privacy policy explains retention and deletion, including what happens to existing songs.
