Send us the link to the song and tell us what happened. If a take isn’t right, you can also make another one yourself from the song page — retakes are free.
A purchase, receipt, or refund
Write from the email address you bought with, or tell us which one it was, and we can find the order.
Your voice, your data, your account
You can delete a cloned voice yourself at any time from your account. For a copy of your data or to close your account entirely, email us and we’ll handle it — the privacy policy covers what each of those does.
